Carefully read the information below regarding the
proper handling of your New-Open-Box (NOB) equipment. Following these
guidelines will make your experience with Customer
Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite
any transactions.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow
these guidelines:
Upon
receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it
carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for
damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Digital
Warehouse within two business days of receipt of
merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged,
it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the
carrier to inspect the package to assure full
refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until
the problem has been resolved.
Carefully
unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage
the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the
manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely
sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept
merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of
damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw
away any of the packaging materials such as boxes,
instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are
completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
Keep
your Invoice with your important records.
Read
all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment.
Digital
Warehouse will not be responsible for any consequential
or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of
any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility
will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Return / Exchange Policy
We
strive to save you up to 80% off the list price on
most-in-demand internetworking communications hardware
and we want you to be totally satisfied with your
purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will exchange the item within 30 days or
issue you a company credit towards purchase of another
item. We do not issue cash or credit refund for returned
items under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Prior
to returning any item, you must call Customer Service
for pre-approval and obtain an RMA number. Items can be
returned only if in original packaging, same New-Open-Box (NOB)
condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank
warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a
shipping box. Do not put any stickers or labels
on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship
the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make
sure to insure the package. Digital Warehouse cannot be
responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Products
returned to us must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise
Authorization) to be accepted by our receiving
department. You can issue a request for return at www.digitalwarehouse.com/dwtac

Warranties
New-Open-Box (NOB) equipment
is covered under each manufacturers own warranty. Demo
and pre-owned products carry a One-Year warranty.
Warranty covers DOA equipment or equipment failing to
perform to manufacturers specs during the first 90 days
of purchase. Warranty does not cover misuse and/or
damage due to improper installation and/or operation of
the equipment. A RMA is issued when the equipment
received is determined to have a specific defect. No
item can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number. RMAs are issued up to 90 days from the invoice
date. Customer is responsible to return the defective
item within 10 days after the issuance of RMA in its
original box with all cables, manuals, accessories,
etc. Freight pre-paid. Collect shipments will not be
accepted. Customer will be charged for any item missing.
RMAs not returned within 10 days will be cancelled.
We will repair and/or exchange and return the equipment
under warranty within 10 working days following its
receipt. No other implied or explicit warranty of any
kind is offered.
