Exit the first stop from Manhattan (23rd Ely Ave) and exit toward the rear of the E train platform onto 21st Street and 44th Drive. Walk North 3 blocks on 21st Street to 43rd Avenue. Make a left on 43rd Avenue and walk 1½ block. Building is on your right.

Driving From New York City:

Mid-Town Tunnel

Take the Mid-town Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway (LIE) 495. Stay in the right most lanes as you exit the Tunnel. Do not get on LIE but rather exit the Tunnel and turn into 21st St. going north until you get to 43rd Ave. and then make a left into 43rd Ave.

Queens 59th St. Bridge

Cross the bridge into Queens and exit Jackson Ave. At the first light make a left into 21st and then an immediate right into 43rd Ave.

Driving From La Guardia Airport

Take Grand Central to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE) 278 South to LIE (495W) toward Manhattan. Exit Van Dam St. It is the last exit before the Mid-town Tunnel.

Make a right on Van Dam and turn left at the next stoplight (Hunters Point Ave.) Go straight (West toward Manhattan) until you get to 21st Street. Make a right on 21st Street. Go north until you get to 43rd Ave. and then make a left into 43rd Ave.

Driving From JFK Airport:

Take the Van Wick Expressway 679 to the Long Island Expressway (LIE) 495 going towards Manhattan Mid-town Tunnel. Exit Van Dam St. It is the last exit before the Mid-town Tunnel.

Make a right on Van Dam and turn left at the next stoplight (Hunters Point Ave.) Go straight (West toward Manhattan) until you get to 21st Street. Make a right on 21st Street. Go north until you get to 43rd Ave. and then make a left into 43rd Ave.

Go north on Terminal Drive. Terminal Drive turns into S. Meridian Avenue. At the intersection of SW 29th and S. Meridian, turn left (west) onto SW 29th Street. Turn left (south) onto South Ann Arbor Ave, then turn right (west) onto SW 33RD Street.
