Mohawk Valley, NY (SUNYIT) September 09, 2003 - Digital Warehouse USA Inc., a leading global single-source supplier of pre-owned networking hardware, will make a substantial donation of networking equipment to the State University of New York Institute of Technology (SUNYIT). The equipment is valued at approximately
$10,000; it will be used in SUNYITs telecommunications program.
“We are very excited about this donation,” said Dr. Patrick Fitzgibbons, chairman of the Telecommunications Department. “This is state-of-the-art networking equipment.” Fitzgibbons said the donated equipment will be used in SUNYITs Cisco Local Academy which is an integral part of the telecommunications program. The SUNYIT telecommunications Cisco Local Academy prepares students for industry-standard certification exams such as the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and NetPlus+.
