Joe Asady is the CEO of Digital Warehouse USA Inc., a company he founded in 1994. Prior to that, Mr. Asady was the founder and CEO of Dynatex International, an international technology distribution company. Mr. Asady holds numerous educational degrees and professional certifications in information technology, including a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Cisco CCNA and CCDA Certifications, and has completed Executive Management Training at Stanford and Columbia Universities. With well over 25 years of IT management experience, ranging from software engineering to product distribution and technology services, Mr. Asady is leading Digital Warehouse's initiative to become the leading global provider of solutions that reduce the cost of network infrastructure. Mr. Asady is a mentor to Wharton Business School entrepreneurial students and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America inner city students.

Mathieu Sueters, Managing Director of Digital Warehouse Europe BV, is responsible for starting up, developing and leading the European office. Prior to Digital Warehouse Europe BV, Mathieu Sueters held the position of Senior Manager for Altran Technologies Netherlands BV, Managing Partner for Nipo Commerce BV, Strategic Management Consultant for Empact and Marketing Manager Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa for Elsevier Science BV. He holds a University Degree in Business Economics from the Royal University of Groningen and a B.S. in Commercial Economics from the HEAO in Arnhem.

| Geoffrey Bice - Director of US Operations |

Geoffrey Bice joined Digital Warehouse as Director of US Operations in April 2007. He is responsible for the oversight of all inbound and outbound product logistics and processes for Digital Warehouse USA. Geoffrey's experience includes 11 years with the Hertz Corporation in Facility Operations and Project Management, where he was responsible for process management and the direction of multiple division location expansions and major airport consolidations across the United States. Geoffrey is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance.
